  Just had the place I wanted to try too see three times. rented right out from under me before I could see it I was told I need to fill out the application so if I see one I like I can just approve it if I'm approved by them third call off to see the place was to let me know someone else had rented it wow great customer service, I couldn't see it before because the renter was moving out and didn't want them there what a suprise I was even told their manager got into a argument with them about showing it another suprise well maybe I have to thank them

After our first appointment, I knew she could help me figure things out and the previous reviews I read on her Facebook page was a confirmation that's I made the right choice. Very passionate about her work. Dedicated and detailed. I recommend her to anybody dealing with Immigration stuff. 5 stars :)

  I hired her for a divorce and she did more for my soon to be Ex wife than she did for me. The first thing was she switched courts from one where the judge was pro men. A protection order was granted against me, temporarily, "after" I filed for divorce and all the police calls also came after I filed for divorce. None of them were due to violence and she never told the judge this. This protection order prevented me from going to my home, getting my clothes and even my tools. It was court ordered I be allowed to go to my house and get clothes, tools and personal items via an appointment through opposing counsel. I was given 1 hour notice to be there which Christine "emailed" to me and I didn't see until 10 mins before I was suppose to be there, I guess a phone call would have been to much to ask. She never returned any emails or phone calls after this until 6 days later when I fired her. She charged me over $1000.00 for extending court dates, always being out of the office and rarely, if ever, returning phone calls. She did make one 15min court appearance and a sit down with opposing counsel. Not worth $200.00 an hour nor the over $1000.00 total bill!!

  The branch manager of this branch is the most unprofessional, lazy person I have ever ran across in a workplace in my life. She sat in the corner desk in the back and yelled across the room to the teller that was helping me. I had a Money Gram money order that I receive once monthly from my ex-husband and deposit monthly into my account for my daughters braces payment. The branch manager told the teller to inform me that Woodforest Bank doesn't cash them anymore and good luck finding somewhere that does due to the high fraud rate on them. I told the teller I cashed them at the other branch in Oceola, IN every month and had no problem there. He gave me the money order back and said we will not be able to cash it. I told the teller I wanted the phone number and name of the District Manager of the bank and he said I would have to talk to his branch manager for that. I said then get her up here to the desk. The branch manager yelled across the room again not getting up out of her cozy chair and said if she can prove to me she cashes these every month at the other branch we will take it call the other branch and check. Meanwhile I am calling the phone number on my checks to try to locate the district manager of this bank but got an answering manchine due to Columbus Day. The teller called the other branch and they told him they do deposit these for me every month. After hearing this the branch manager who has not got up one time to come and talk to me yelled just cash the thing and get it over with. I will NEVER enter that bank branch and something needs to be done with that bank manager.
